By Laws for Sorbello Community Farm
1. All Members must conduct themselves in a respectful manner to all members at all
times and at any point notice anyone not being respectful to notify appropriate personnel
immediately.
2. All Members must help foster a positive atmosphere and build a strong community for
everyone to enjoy.
3. All members will receive a 25% discount at the South Jersey Farmer's Market
4. All Members must respect other’s gardens and to admire them not interfere with them unless
given permission.
5. Family Leases covers immediate family only, this would be listed on the leasing application.
6. Members are allowed four day guest passes per month.
7. Members cannot grow raspberries, strawberries or blackberries.
8. Business Leases cover the Management and employees only, not their immediate family.
9. Members on a first come first serve basis can utilize shared facilities.
10. Non-profit Leases cover the Management and employees only, not their immediate family.
11. Failure to keep maintenance fees current for three consecutive months will be grounds for
breach of leasing contract and Sorbello Community Farm LLC has the right to terminate
membership privileges and Re-Lease the parcel of land assigned to member and remainder of
Lease will be forfeited.
12. Above all the main goal is to build a strong, vibrant, healthy community that will benefit
generations and help restore the fabric of our country by providing a safe healthy environment
for our community to grow.
